Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting my small business.
Due to the handmade nature of my products and the personalized nature of signed books, all sales are final.
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at tammy.staley@yahoo.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
Every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph products before purchase.
By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Signed books and handmade items may require additional processing time.
Orders are shipped via USPS or another carrier at my discretion. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.
Handmade Item Information
Many items offered through this shop are handmade.
Minor variations in fabric placement, color, stitching, or embellishments are normal and make each piece unique.
Product photos are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.
Because each item is handcrafted, no two pieces will be exactly alike.
